Final Sale & Returns

Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game products, sealed, clearance or sale products are considered final sale items.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because you are unhappy with the cards pulled from a sealed product or do not receive the cards you were hoping for.

For health, safety, and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept any returns on:

• Opened booster packs or boxes, or ANY sealed products.
• Any product that has had the Original seal broken or damaged.
• Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.).
• Digital codes or virtual items.
• Clearance or final SALE items marked as non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

For online orders, you may have a 14-day legal right to cancel your purchase, subject to applicable exceptions under UK consumer law.

Opening a sealed product does not create a right to a refund because of its contents or pull rate.
